Today was a struggle to eat enough. Note to self: Just because I am not hungry does not mean I don’t need to eat.
Breakfast: Banana Chocolate Vivanno with Soy…and CBS Sunday Morning. Nice when we go to a church that doesn’t start until 11.
Snack: Nathan modeled our Clif Bar snack when I picked him up from the bookstore after I left Weight Watchers. We split this.
Lunch: Tortellini Soup. Cheese tortellini, spinach, chicken broth. It was a nice cool day, so we needed soup.
Dinner: My leftover BD’s from last night. And that’s a little 9-inch plate.
