I’m getting back on track!

Breakfast: Via, Fage, and granola

Lunch: Leftover chili mac. Whole wheat pasta gets really dry when reheated. Boo.

Snack: I knew we wouldn’t be eating dinner until at least 8, so I needed a snack for the road. The least damage I could do at Starbucks? Latte and biscotti.

Dinner: Mom’s veggie soup and cornbread.

More snacky snack: a few handfuls of this trail mix. Lovingly made by Mom.

  1. I’m a little late to the commenting on this–haven’t been online much this week. My calorie-free solution to leftover pasta is to pack it with a slosh (yes, that’s a very technical food measurement) of low sodium chicken broth) and mix it well just before you warm it up.

    Life is too short for dried out pasta!
