Curry chicken salad. Good for hot days, don’t you think?
Dressing first: A cup of Greek yogurt.
a tablespoon of curry powder
and a teaspoon of smoked paprika
a teaspoon of honey and salt and pepper.
Mix all that together. And don’t be scared!
Add in a rotisserie chicken, shredded. (2 chicken breasts)
one apple and two red peppers, chopped
and about a cup of golden raisins. This is all I had. They were missed.

Serve with pita chips or in a pita.
