Breakfast: 2 mini pumpkin muffins with a via
Lunch: pumpkin pasta. oh boy.
Snack (since dinner was late): another mini pumpkin muffin and some milk
Dinner: At Ramsey’s! Chicken, lettuce, tomato, avocado and sprouts on whole wheat with a little bowl of pinto beans.
